Everything You Need To Know Before Your Visit

Visiting the dentist for the first time can be a daunting experience, but it doesn’t have to be. At Ambience Dental, we will help you feel at ease from the moment you step through the door. You can be rest assured that when you arrive at reception, our friendly staff will greet you and let you know what you need to do and where you need to go.

Here is everything you need to know, including how to find us, what to bring with you and what will happen at your appointment.

Where To Park?

If you’re driving to your appointment, the last thing you want to worry about is where you’re going to park. Fortunately, as our practice is within the shopping centre, we benefit from a luxury secured basement car park. There are always plenty of spaces and, once you’re parked up, all you need to do is jump in the lift to the second floor.

Are There Good Public Transport Links?

If you’d prefer to get the bus, all you have to do is cross the street to Elliots Road where you can jump on the free Gong Shuttle. The Gong Shuttle runs every 10 to 20 minutes seven days a week. Route numbers 55A and 55C can take you in both directions on a loop from Wollongong Station to Wollongong University via Wollongong Hospital Burelli Street and the Innovation Campus.
