Our in-house anaesthetist is present through all treatments under IV sedation. So while the anaesthetist focuses on your comfort and safety, and the dentist focuses on your teeth, you can drift off into deep relaxation.
Our Experienced Team
The team at Ambience Dental have over 40 years of experience working with residents from Wollongong and the surrounding areas. Dr John Pearman started his career in Sydney, but the story really began when he took over Figtree Dental Surgery. Once Dr John Saad and Dr Ahmed Bedeir joined the ranks, the once small two-chair surgery transformed into the full-service dental practice you can find at Fairy Meadow today.
The practice may still have the feel of a small friendly practice, but it is home to a host of accomplished dentists, hygienists and nurses. But, while they each have their own area of expertise, what they share is a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Where To Find Us
Ambience Dental is located in the Ambience Shopping Mall, found directly above the Coles supermarket, in Fairy Meadow just a short 10-minute drive north of Wollongong city centre. You can park in the shopping centre basement car park, take the lift to the second floor and follow the signs to our reception area. Alternatively, you can jump on the free Gong Shuttle that runs every 10 to 20 minutes on a loop from Wollongong Station to Wollongong. The bus stops on Elliots Road, directly across the street from Ambience Shopping Mall.

As part of our dedication to ensuring all patients have access to the treatment they need, we offer a range of flexible payment options.
